Can self stick tiles be put on walls, directly on the sheet rock?
Question:Will the glue from the tile, the chemicals in the glue, would they harm the sheet rock?

might be kind of hard to do unless you can get that sheetrock perfectly smooth. otherwise your good vinyl tiles can go over just about anything including cement
I would think they would stick just fine, but it would probably pull the paper off the sheetrock when they are removed. At that time, you'll just have to repair the sheetrock.
Sure they can, and they will also stick to the ceiling.. But the question remains. Why would you put floor tiles on the wall?
