How to create ventilation in a room without windows outside?

Question:I am moving in a house and in the room there is no window on the outside; there is a tiny window on top of the door, which is inside of the house. Air comes from other places like from the upstairs bathroom where the window is open. It is not sufficient as it is very poor ventilation not enough air coming. Is there any other way to have ventilation to the room?

Answers:
You can add an exhaust fan in the cieling to vent to the attic area.

install one of those fans that have two separate blades.one blows in and one blows out. put it at the top over the opening in the door.
