You might be able to get old ones from an architectural salvage yard and then get them refurbished by companies like:

Alternatively just have them made to measure new.
The cost depends on whether you have single or double glazing, the size etc. Check directories like Yell and UpMyStreet to get company names and get a minimum of 3 quotes.
Not in London - but my guess is the builders yard.
They are not burglar proof mind, so alternative security may have to be considered if installing sash windows.
