How can I build this doll house?I don't mean the wall paper and carpeting ,just the actual frame of the house

Answers:
Looks like it was made of thin plywood, or masonite. The joints were rabbeted, and probably glued ( I can see the floors rabbeted into the walls in the photos ).
So, you need a design layout, you need to know what product you want to work with, and you need a table saw, or circular saw, and router, with an assortment of clamps...
If youre not a woodworker, I would seriously suggest you find someone local who is, and show them these pictures... then talk about what size you want it to be etc.

I'm not sure about this exact doll house, but I made one very easily for my daughter out of a bookcase. I purchased an inexpensive 4 shelve bookcase at Target, and cut some room dividers out of thin plywood and glued them in. From there, I decorated the rooms with carpet, wallpaper, ect.. It was super easy, and she loved it!
From the plan it appears to made from 12mm MDF (craftwood). The two ends and the front seem the held together with a ninety degree plastic wall molding. Added strength is gained when you put the floors in. These would be held in place using Liquid Nails and some small brads.
All materials are available at any Mitre10 or Bunnings.
