6-combination square
7-tool pouch
8-Hammer
9-hand saws
10-hundreds of other odds and ends for woodworking
good luck
Hammer, drill, square, level, nail punch, plane, tool belt with pouches for nails (the leather kind), 25' tape measure, flat bar, circular saw . and a extra thumb, just in case.
Just dont skrimp if you buy a hammer spend a little more and get a good one cheep tools are crap and it ends up costing you more replacing them, you also tend to look after them a bit better and do a better job because you cant blame the tools
you will most likely get the exact details from wherever you'll be working as to what you must have ,however,toolbelt,25 foot tape, utility knife,pencil,square,hammer(20 oz)and circular saw should get you by until you know for sure, depends on exactly what type of carpentry you'll be doing
some good advice, stay away from cheap extension cords, they'll drain life out of your power tools
