How to build an official sized pitching mound?

Question:i need to build an official sized pitching mound made out of clay, just like the pros. it doesnt have to be 18' round like a game mound; it should be more like the bullpens the pros have. i need to know specifications & materials. any websites that gives this information would help alot.
