More than likely you won't find any of what you need from home depot or lowes, I know they have cords and sockets, but nothing of the nature of the picture. You will have to go to a lighting showroom and have everything special ordered from a company. The easiest part about the whole thing is going to be screwing in the ligh bulbs. I know home depot/etc has lamp sockets, usually in a brass color and they look very cheap, I'm not sure if you care how it looks, but you could spray paint them (I think that would look bad though) and the wire that you'll need, has to have 3 wires in it (because you'll need to ground the metal socket), I would recommend like a 18/3 or 20/3 cord for each socket. The nature in which they are all bundled together you will need the plate at the ceiling to have a nice size hole right through the middle, what the probably have at the ceiling is a plate with a metal threaded nipple on it, so you able to run the wire right through it and then to cover the nipple they probably have a nice decorative cone that screw around it. To secure it to the electrical box you'll need a mounting bracket that secure to the box (this box will need to be a deep metal box, for all the wire to fit in and meet national code) and then you'll need to have screws on the mounting bracket to run through the plate to secrue it to the ceiling. I'm a electrician and it may look easy to do, but the hardest part is going to be finding everything you need to do it, I would first start a a lighting showroom and they can direct you to the companies for parts.
To answer the "where to find" would be easier if we knew where you live.
I looked at the lamp, and where I live I would get everything for it at Home Depot.
Maybe where you live it would be B&Q, or BauHaus, or .
Bring that photo with you when you go shopping.
The 19 cords at the ceiling may be a bit of a problem, I haven't seen an electric ceiling box large enough to connect 19x2=38 AWG16 wires together!! I'd ask an electrician or a "sales associate" who actually knows electrical installation, what he/she would do. You want to stay within your country's code.
