Mainstream Direct House Fan
The Mainstreamâ„¢ systems provide direct replacement options for ceiling mounted, straight out through the roof exhaust fans found in the vast majority of manufactured housing units. But the Mainstreams do it better, do it quieter, and do it for a much longer period of time. The Mainstreams are the answer to all installation, code and homeowner demands for a complete ventilation system. Anything else is a compromise

Just don't make it a powerful one, it'll suck everything in it's path.
If you have a heating system with duct work you should be able to piggy back a cooling system of some kind. Check with Home Depot, Lowe's of Menard's and take advantage of the experts there, they may even have the product you need!
Good luck and stay cool!
