I was searching the bay online auctions for paraffin therapy spa wax & found very good bulk 10 20 30 lb prices for candle wax.
Good luck & have fun.
I would start on Ebay first. It is usually the cheapest way to go. I would look for wax locally around you though because is costs ALOT to ship. Go with whoever you can find that is the closest. If you can arrange to pick up your wax somewhere locally, you can save 100s of dollars a quarter depending on your business size. As for what to get on Ebay...look for your wicks, molds, dye, anything you may think you willl need. You can find good glass finds sometimes but remember that shipping glass is also expensive so if you can find that locally that would help you cut your costs.
