The oil from your skin is usually enough oil to take care of it.
Honestly, I just WD-40 the blades once in a while.
You put the oil right on the mesh screen and run the razor. Wipe off the excess with a rag. Use a light oil like sewing machine oil or an oil bought for this at a shaver or cutlery shop.
You don't put any oil on the blades. Those oils are for the bearing surfaces of small motors and other sliding parts and gears.
