Does anyone know which pressure washer in the ~$200 pricerange is best.?

Question:I'm a homeowner and want to get english Ivy tendrils off of my brick, and do some basic deck cleaning driveway cleaning stuff. I'm considering Craftsman, Karcher, and Troy-Bilt. Thanks.

It's not only the brand but more importantly the psi the machine has. That is the amount of pressure it puts out. The highest the better if you can choose in that price range. I would recommend a machine with atleast 2000 psi. If you have to use a smaller machine try putting some bleach and water on the brick, let stay there for a few mintues and then pressure wash it.

All three are excellent brands. Karcher is the brand I bought and I haven't had a problem with it...
I would suggest that you check out all three and compare psi/cost for each and just go with best buy..Just stick with one of the three...Don't go buy an off brand...
I think that more than any brand name pressure washer you should look at the engine brand. Briggs & Stratton are good as are Honda's. We just bought one from Lowes. (cost $300) It was the Honda and it was approximately $20 more than the Briggs & Stratton one. I think both are good + they both had the same warranty. If you want a $300 pressure washer at a $200 price, check out the store returns. They've usually been repaired (due to leaking oil or something) but still offer the same warranty. Hope this helps!
