How do I install a sump pump in my Egress Window? I had water from the ground comes through my Egress window.

Question:

Answers:
Dig a pit the size of a plastic bucket. Insert the bucket and the sump pump. Place a heavy screen over it to keep people from falling in the bucket.

Or you can try the suggestion of directing the water away from the foundation. Most ground water by a house is coming off of the house.

The egress windows I have seen have all been done right with a concrete lining, green house cover, and steps. You can design one with a lip and plastic cover to keep water from flowing in from outside. You can paint it with a water proof basement paint.

???
sound's like drainage problems..

You may want to talk with a foundation specialist.
In the floor, not the window. Pumps are in a hole, hence "sump". The pumps usually have installation directions. While a sump pump is good, it will not solve your drainage problem. See if you can ditch the water away from the window or install a french drain around the foundation.
Your window should have a perimeter style drain leading to the sump pump pit in your basement. Sounds like that line has clogged or is too small for the inflow of water. Should be no less that 3" in diameter. ( Depending on your local code.)
You really should contact your builder or plumber for an on site diagnosis.
