Bedrooms look a lot sexier when there's not too much furniture and crap in them. If you can, move all your clothes, even your dresser into the closet. Have a little sitting area, and try not to leave your shoes all over the floor. This is non-negotiable: NO dang stuffed animals! What are we, six, people?
Abstract art over the bed in warm colors - red = warmth, heat, sex. Red-brown or plum, even better. Think about the sense of touch - texture is important in sensuality, use fabrics with different textures that will tickle your fancy.

If you have an ugly ceiling light, replace it with a chandelier, perhaps even one with crystals, and install a dimmer switch.
If you can't paint, accessorize! Chose one or two colours you like and toss pillows, blankets and items of those colours around the room! If your parents will let you paint or wall paper, chose a nice colour they approve of and add accessories of an accent colour to add to the room! And pick nice scarves to toss over lamp shapes, this add's a little sexy to every room! And it makes it cozy, but keep it clean, nothing say's unsexy like a messy room!
