Dish on Condo using Window Wooden U Mount?

Question:Moving to a Condo (renting it), Renters Agreement says NOTHING to BE Drilled into exterior Building wall, so no Dishes can be set up like that, (NO Access to Roof Either)

I did see and get an idea of a Wooden Window U mount sorta looks like this (I drew it it's a draft)

Im securing the Dish to the end of the u with Nuts and Bolts, for added security, the window will be kept shut,,Does this look safe..

Using Dish Net (Window Point WEST, With views North and South) NO EAST View.

I did see some using Pipes and extras, any ideas tips.

I think you would be better off calling an installer for this one. What you have may be safe but if you install it and something happens In a a strong wind or storm and it fails and the dish falls and hits something or someone YOU are going to be held responsible for any damages, lawsuits. In this case you would be better off hiring someone with the necessary insurance to cover any potential liability.
Hope this helps, Roy.
Well I have installed a few in my time, I would say to get a tripod and put it inside looking out the window it needs. Or you can put it on the tripod outside and anker it down somehow.
