How to Restore the Main Top of a stove.?

Question:The Main Top of this stove cannot be replace in Canada, therefore I would like to Restore them some how , what kind of material can I use to accomplishe this task. ??
Is there a Company that can soak this material like they do when applying Chrome , can this be done with the materials
for use on these Main stove top , were the pot and pans sit on when cooking. PLease advice Thank You for your Great help I hope

I've heard of companies that can re-surface porcelain. You can get it sandblasted to remove the old surface and then put a new coating on. An alternative would be to sand off the old surface and apply many coats of high-temperature paint yourself. It might be cheaper to get a new stove.
