A 12 ga shotgun does the trick everytime!
But the only down side is wall replacement costs...
use your mouth- it is cheaper.
you already have a device that can do that for you, a pair of lip`s pursed and then BLOW why bother wrecking your head for anything better ?

Use computer keyboard cleaner. Most brands are non flammable as it is just an aerosol can full of air.
that's a bit much...just use your mouth or your fingers...

Not sure why you want to blow. But if you want to put it out without using your fingers, a spoon is effective.
