Haier HDT18PA dishwasher won't drain..?

Question:I've installed this 4 place setting dishwasher and although I've adjust the drain hose so it's lower than the machine and still it will not drain any of the water. LINK to the model: http://www.dhoogle.com/shopping-product-...

I'm really not sure what else to do here. The (useless) manual says check the hose -check* seems tightly connected- make sure it's lower than the machine-check* bent?-no...and then some line about how if it can't drain it may be "disturbed."

So now I ask of you the people...please help.

Make sure that a piece of packing material was not left inside of the hose accidentally. Also check the inside screen where some food sediments could be plugging the drain, that is why it is recommended to rinse the dishes prior putting then in the dishwasher. If that not work you could easily have a defected one. They have a pump that suck the water out after each cycle, did you hook every thing in the proper way...or did you remove all the factory raping material from the bottom of the machine. If you have check every thing prior discussed...return it to the vendor and received a new one. Good luck.
