Question:How can I get tape residue off my dinning room floor?

Rubbing alcohol
Goo Gone works great for any sticky residue. Or full strength Murphys Oil Soap. With both you will have to make sure you rinse well or clean with vinegar afterwards so the floor is not too slippery.
two products -- Goo Gone works like a charm. But try it in an out of the way area just in case it reacts with the floor finish.
Other wise- elbow grease with a shower puff and dish soap.
if your floors are not carpeted, you can use olive oil
goo gone, rubbing alcohol, warm dish soapy water. either of them but i prefer soapy water.
the best stuff to use is WD-40 just spray it on wait a min and it should wipe right off with a wash colth.
just kerosene and soapy water
