How do I repair plaster cracks in pool, underwater?

Question:Do not want to drain water, is there a way to repair without draining?

Answers:
A waterproof cement will work; one that can be applied underwater. Just enlarge or undercut the crack a bit to give the patch a better hold (instructions will be on the container). Here's the link to the Leslies version of it:

There are highly specialized sealants that work under water, probably expensive though. Might want to Google the Naval Civil Engineering Laboratory and email them a question, I'll bet they have a good answer.
you can patch your pool without draining it. you need to go to a pool store and ask them for the supplies. my inlaws have to do that like once a year. it works you just have to have someone that can go under the water and do it all at the sametime. goodluck
