I was going to suggest you paint the walls blue and get some fluffly sand color rugs but that won't work because you don't want to paint. How about getting some knick-knacks and things to hang on the wall like lighthouses, life rings/preservers, pictures/posters of beach scenes, and maybe some "rope" accessories such as fish net to hang across part of the ceiling. Maybe some wallpaper border with a nautical theme that will match the colors in your room.
throw sand all over everything. do the same with shells.
the color u chose for ur room is perfect! now all you have to do is get the right stuff to give u that beach feel. try this, if u have a hat rack, hang some beaded necklaces and native hats on it; throw a sarong over ur pillows to add spice (red with fish designs wud be brilliant!); buy some faux seashells and add them as decor on ur shelves (place them in between books or use as a paper weight) or if u already have a collection of real ones, display it! get some multi-colored throw pillows and arrange on the floor as accent; finally, get a beach cd instrumental and play that whenever u get in ur new room!
You can get bamboo stalks and stuff they make grass skirts out of and create a beach umbrella. (or just buy one) you can attach the skirting to the walls as wainscotting . Seashells everywhere, seashell or ocean themed bedding and curtains, lamps in a seashell theme. You can use lawn-type chairs in your room, change out your headboard, etc. The possibilities are really endless and depend on your taste and budget
get some of those light up palm trees, some beach decor, like shells, stuffed fish, dolphins, nautical stuff, and maybe a big beach towel , a lounge chair, and of maybe sand, the clean kind you can buy at home depot, and scatter it on a rug. some candles that smell like coco butter.
Furnish your room with some outdoor lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, sunlamps, seashells and coconuts.
Just cram all your regular furniture in your closet.

.Or you could just move all your bedroom things to the beach and act like it's your bedroom.
The faux shells were a good idea too why not take it a step further and get a piece of netting and drape it from a corner out a couple feet and throw those shells and maybe a faux starfish in it, all available at michaels or hobby lobby craft stores
