Hammer in fixings. How do I remove these? Some come out part way, not completely, others just rotate. Thanks!?

If the screw part is still in the wall, hold a peice of wood against the wall and with the claw of your hammer, hook it onto the fixing and have the top of the hammer on the wood. Pull!!
Or try tapping the fixing in a wee bit then try unscrewing.

put some super glue on the end of the screwdriver, and they will pull out as you unscrew them.
put a smaller screw in and then lightly use the hammer, the rawlplug will come out and then you remove the screw and do the same again on the next one, it really is as simple as that if your screw is not too big, or too small cos then it would pull out of the rawlplug, it just needs to grip so you can pull.
sometimes its easier to just hammer them in and fill lol
screw in a screw half way and pull out with a claw hammer
If you're talking about the hammer-in wall-mounting devices used in a lot of wire closet and shelving systems (like the one at the link below), then you'll need to pull the 'nail' out of the plastic first.
You can usually get the nail out with an offset channel lock pliers and a flat block of wood to avoid marring the wall. Once started, you might have to twist it while pulling to remove it all the way - or you can switch to using a claw hammer if that's easier.
Once the nail part is out of the plastic collar, the plastic part should pull out of the wall rather easily.
I think you are talking about para bolts ,all you can do is pull them out as far as you can , slash them off with a angle grinder and tap them back in .
