Question:Same as above: what's the best lock pick set to purchase & why, and what stores can you purchase it from? (NOT looking to buy one online). Also, how much would a set generally cost?

If you are not a locksmith a set of those things is considered burglar tools. They are illegal to possess and will get you a nice little stay at a hotel of the judge's choice. At least that is true where I live.
