I am not exactly sure what you want it to look lie but if you go to the local craft store you should be able to find a set of paints that is specifically for creating window stickers. They usually come with a book of stencils and ideas for pictures and lettering. You use the stencils or draw your design freehand on a sturdy piece of plastic and let it dry for 24 hours- you can then peel the cling up and stick it on any window, it peels right off, easy to move, remove, store and use again at a later date.
I made some for my daughters birthday- I wrote out happy birthday, her name, drew a bunch of flowers and balloons and decorated our front door. After her birthday I took them down placed them flat in ziploc bags and stored them away for later use.
My kids love these and I love to make different window decorations throughout the year!
There are some gel like products in craft stores for making your own window clings. Check hobby and craft stores and see if they carry the stuff you need. These peel right off, and leave no residue or marks.
