try going to lowes or the home depot they can usually do it for you if not they can tell you where you can get it done
it depends on where you live unless you are only interested in checking places that are national chains. i know of places in new jersey.

There are two aspects to your question; If you live in the UK, telephone a major Builder's Merchant's and ask them if they have an on-site Glazing man who cuts glass? If they do call and see him with the exact details of your requirements.
The other point is no ordinary glass will do for your requirements; you will need a toughened glass and for the edges to be finished properly. It is possible that your glass will have to be prepared in a factory which will have special facilities - but take the route I have suggested first.
You'll most likely need to go to a glass company because you need to have tempered safety glass for a table top. Might want to consider getting Lexan or plexiglass instead.
