My portable basketball hoop has a leak, is there any fix?
Question:I've tried putting sand bags on top, but the neighbor dog always rips them. Is there any sealant that might work?

Instead of putting sand bags on top... Why don't you open the sand bags and put the sand inside the bottom part where you're supposed to put the water. Don't put rocks because kids will pick the rocks up and throw them at things around them like cars, windows, fences, etc.
That's what we did.
The only problem is that you'll have one heck of a time trying to move it around.
JB Waterweld. You should be able to find this at your local hardware store. It's meant for fixing things that currently have water in them. Hope this helps.
Silicon that is used on double glazed windows, can by it at any hardware store.good luck
