Any good daybed disguises?

Question:We have a white metal framed daybed that doesn't really go with our decor, but we'd like to use it for seating. Does anyone have any suggestions for disguising the metal frame? We'll use lots of pillows, but at least one side of the frame will show unless we cover it somehow. Has anyone done this?

i actually unscrewed and took the large back metal part off. I spray painted the white frame black to match the sitting room, I then bought some regular foam from the fabric store and hot glued it to the "arms", i sewed some simple slip covers to go over the foamed arms and ended up with a very lovely backless sofa.
