Does anyone know if the Restore All product from FLOOD really works? I have fading shutters?

This is a pretty good rule of thumb: If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is.

Any product I've ever used by Flood has been good, never used it BUT I would say it is they are a very reputable company and been around for many years Good luck Les the painter
We used to sell this at lowes and even though it is a little expensive IT DOES WORK and is a very good product.
If your shuters are painted aluminum from the manufacturer and are faded I recommend to try good old Turtle wax. If they are really bad and won't shine re-painting them is an option, be sure to plan on using spray paint as brush painting is very time consuming and difficult to get into all those little nooks and crannies. Scuff the surface with some rough sand paper first to ensure good adhesion, you don't want to paint them again next year. Good luck.
