I had to wait 5 days for Araldite glue to come off my hands! Eventually my skin flaked off and took the Araldite with it I think. Have you tried white spirit? It isn't nice so you have to wash it off with loads of soap after but it should dissolve paint.
Mineral spirits will do the trick.
Nail polish remover might help.
get some MEK, methyl ethyl ketone. its expensive but will do the trick...
Try using Surgical spirit it shifts most things and is safe to use, get it cheaply from any chemist.
Let it slowly wear away, but keep the name handy if you ever want to disguise yourself, sounds just the thing
Continual washing with warm soapy water will eventually get rid of it and won't harm your skin, it will just take a little time so be patient.
