I have a mabe gas range and it has only 5 gas marks for temp (oven)How do I know what it is in farh and centi?

I would use an oven thermometer to guage it. Then I'd know what each stands for, then I could mark it or just continue to leave the thermometer in there all the time and go by that for temp settings.

Get an oven thermometer. This I would recommend to anyone with an oven where the temperature is controlled with a knob. Whatever the knob says (or in your case, doesn't say) is only accurate to about 25 degrees one way or the other. If you want to know how hot it REALLY is, you need an accurate way to measure. It's a $5 investment that will pay off in the long run.
