I Need to Seal a Home Built Trailer! HELP PLEASE!?

Question:Okay all, I need your help. We bought a home built trailer and it is framed out of wood. The wood is then covered with 6mil vinyl. Where the panels are put together we are getting water in. I have tried all sorts of things to seal it but nothing seems to work. I've tried "Great Stuff" expanding insulation, silicone, and Roofing tape. Please help, I need to keep the stuff that is in it dry. I'm willing to try anything. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried the roofing compound they put on the roofs of mobile homes? It can be put on with a brush or roller.
The easiest method I can give you is get some metal duct tape, NOT the regular everyone buys at the local dollar store cloth duct tape, but the type used on heat/ cool systems. This comes on a roll with a removable backing. It is a silver metal tape and once applied rub over it with something like a screw driver or hammer handle. This 'sets' the adhesive and you won't have any more leaks.
You can purchase this from Lowes or Home Depot or any well stocked hardware store.
Good luck
jack s had a good answer. and heres another alternative. Try some shrink wrap. the tape that comes with it is awesome! And its also u.v. resistant
