My bfs sister is pregnant, any cute craft ideas for the baby girl?

Question:I wanted to make something for the baby like a frame or something with her name on it (irene) and i want it to be used for a long time,...nothing with ducks or very newborny so that the girl will want to throw it out when shes older. any suggestions?

Maybe a large photo album, customize the front with whatever you want, go look at a craft store. Add dividers to the album for different stages growing up. (example: birth to 5 yrs - 5 to 10 yrs and so on... ) mom can start the book and Irene can finish it.
