I charged 15 to 1800 dollars for a garage that big. A regular 2 car garage I charge 1000 labor to frame it. That is for framing, install vertical wood siding, 36 in service door and window. I don't do overhead door or roof shingles. That would be extra. A 16ft door with opener would run 700 to 800 dollars installed. Guessing on the roof, maybe 600 to shingle it
