You can clean the tile 48 hours after all the grout has set. I would recommend using a grout and tile sealer before using. The sealer will allow water to bead off the tiles and grout preventing grout stains and easy cleaning. Follow manufactuers directions when using.
We waited 24 hours, but I think 10-12 hours would be ok.
