How do I build a SAFE wooden swing frame, length: 10ft X hieght:6"5ft?

How much weight will it be holding? I assume a 10' wide swing will be holding quite a bit of weight. I did this same thing a few years ago except mine was 6' wide. I built two "A" frames and ran a beam in between them. For a 10' wide frame that's going to be holding a lot of weight, I would use a beam like a 6x6 or to 2x10s nailed together.
