How to hang something to the wall at an angle / pointing a bit down?

Question:I bought this item:

http://www.ultimatebarkcontrol.com/ds_pr...

see pictures at the bottom of the internet site

I have to hang it to my wall at an angle. It should point a bit downwards. How can I do that? How can I prevent that it fall off because of wind?

Answers:
Does it not come with a mounting bracket? If not, maybe you could use a wedge shaped block of wood to affix it to. Attach the wedge to your wall, then hang the device with a screw (should be a slot on the back of the device). For extra protection, you can use a piece of metal strapping to go over the device, screw to wall on each side.
