I've used "HYDROLIC CEMENT" very successfully. It comes in a powder as I have used it, but ther may be a liquid form available. Be very careful and accurate, as it will harden and dry very quickly. (15 mins). It is grey in color, so you can use white latex paint in the mixing to tint it. Mask off areas you don't want marred by it.
cracked concrete can define a lot of things.
You could have a hairline split approx 1-2 hrs depends if you need to remove grass ect then use concrete caulk product.
Chunks of loose concrete like I had 12" wide the whole width of the driveway where concrete met asphalt driveway took all day with hammer & chisel, crowbar, wheelbarrow & my arms & hands felt sore for days afterwards. I simply pulled the loose chunks out & filled it in.
I didnt have a truck big enough for the diamond saw & at the time didnt want to rent a vehicle to bring it home. Playing superman was no picnic & a rough workout for the arms. My arm veins poppin out & looked cool but my arms hurt like___lol
If I did it over I'd rent the diamond saw & have a neater straight cuts & overall appearance lol.
