Most builders merchants stock them, or you might try Welslot Fencing (they are manufacturers, rather than installers) on Common Lane, Carrington (0161 777 6705).
The dreaded B&Q but i would try cocklestorm in radcliffe, they deliver but i not sure how far! They're in the phone book!
try Thomson Fencing, they are located behind the Vulcan Pub on Walkden Road, they make their own timber fence panels and the concrete posts and panels too

there is no doubt about it that Cocklestorm's in radcliffe make a very thick timber panel but it's a lot more expensive than Thomson Fencing
