Problem flushing?

Question:I'm having an issue with my toilet, it will not flush all the way, it takes 3-4 flushes to empty the contents that are in it. why?

Answers:
It sounds like you might have a water saver toilet, try holding the handle down longer when you flush. This will help empty all water in the tank and should make it flush a little better.

I have the same problem. Its because our toilets are cheap peices of crap that don't use enough water.
adjust the float level so that there is more water in the system
more than likely all you need to do is hold the handle down until its empty. then let go and new water will rush in.
Hold the handle down until you have a complete flush-- water saver toilets are like that
