How do you dye acrylic?

Question:I'm trying to dye an acrylic, rayon, blended fur and the dye isn't working. Any tips or specific rands I should use?

acrylic is a plastic and impossible to dye with regular store bought dyes. it takes high temperature, pressure and specialized
dyes. look in the yellow pages and see if there are any local dye houses that do garment dying, or ask your local dry cleaner if they have any advice.good luck.
