I have trees cut in my yard what is a creative thing to do with all the extra wood?

i don't want to use it for fire wood and i want to do the creative thing my self it must be for amateurs.

IF you are a bit crafty, pick one room in the house and accessorize it:
Make wall frames... maybe a serving tray,
you can throw some pieces of wood together to make an abstract art piece.
you can use it for a fireplace if you have alot.
Cut it into 8 foot lengths and have it sawn into usuable timber by someone with a portable sawmill. You could sell the lumber.
Depending on the size of the logs, I have seen people use 6-8 inch round logs and bury an end of them in the ground and use a nice decorative rope to make a landscape border around flower gardens.
If you can get them cut into planks at a local sawmill that would be great. Then let them dry for about a year covered outside and sell the batch for ? red oak is nice.
