Does anybody know where i can get handrail brackets to fix straight to wall?

If you are in Australia you can buy them in Bunnings. Make sure you go to the large Bunnings store because they have the space to carry the full range of handrail brackets.
I was in Bunnings a couple of days ago and I sure them for myself.
The other place you can buy them is to go the be people who make stair cases and the site below called Austeel sell them on line.

You can get these from Lowes, or any hardware store.
at any major hardware store but the handrail needs to be screwed into wood or sheetrock studs . if it is for commercial use it must meet a.d.a requirements @ atleast 36 from floor. they should be real sturdy to help prevent falls. good luck
