Hooking up dishwasher?

Question:using a plug for electric to an outlet for the dishwasher and when i hook up water line to the dishwasher from water supply my GFI outlet on a different circuit keeps tripping off ? ANY HELP? WHY??

Answers:
to much load on that circuit, try pluging into different circuit, then check what amp. breaker is on gfi outlet ..if you are not experinced with electric better call pro.

Somewhere the common ground of your GFCI and this water line are connected electrically. This may be as easy as moving a ground wire attached to your plumbling. I would start by checking either side of the water line with a multimeter. Troubleshooting this one may be a nightmare... or you could get lucky!
