I know i know its illegel. but how do i pay a bill without me paying for it, i need lights they cut em off?

pull your elect. meter out there are 4 tabs on the back .2out of the 4 have plastic on them remove the plastic and replace the meter and your power will be back on do this with the sun shining and shoes on. The power co. put the plastic over the tabs when they turned off the power to the house .That's how they do it.
The legal way to do this is to simply pay the bill.
Otherwise, get some candles.
