I find that music helps me and playing with my two year old son...he's always in a good mood...it's contagious.
I always put my favorite music in the c.d. player and rock my blues away. And if I in a cring mood Im watch a sad movie and I feel better.just some suggestions...have fun!!

Dancing around my apartment to 80s music and shaking my bottom in front of the television. Sounds kind of normal until you take into consideration that I am a metal loving 20something year old. If friends saw me they'd probably smack me in the face with a Venom vinyl album to rebuke the spirits.
I just lower my standards as to what constitutes a bad mood.
what caused you to be in a bad mood.. first find the sorce..then..figure out what makes you happy..and do it!! dance, sing, pray, run down the street naked.. what ever it takes..hell all it takes my husband is to see boob's hes all smile after that...
Think happy positive thoughts, and go out with friends. Make yourself a nice meal and clean up, then sit back and relax, any of these things help me. I usually also like to listen to music, you have to figure out what you like to do and do it. You'll feel better for sure, and remember that whatever is putting u in a bad mood, it could have or could be worst.
The best way I know how is to do something nice for someone else, like help an old lady do something etc.
