Where can i buy a Hemostat?

Question:I need to buy a hemostat where can i buy one? What common stores sell them in california? I heard they are really helpful in screwing things in where your hands cant reach as well as other useful things. I dont know what size i need until i see them so i just need to know where to go look first . Thanks
