I bought white doors from focus when i wash them down the white coating rubs off i know there is a paint?

You washed off the primer. Put the primer back on and if you want a satin finish then use a satin finish paint. I've used this and it's very nice, not shiny or matt.

Eggshell paint looks lovely on wood,its a subtle sheen and very hard wearing.
If Like so many others . paint oil based that is gives you a headache or you cannot stand the smell.
Use a roller {lambswool} small one , re apply water based primer in white. wait for it to dry and then use a waterbased satin varnish to seal and protect the surface.

The doors aren't painted white - it is a primer coat so the doors are ready for you to paint youself.
You'll need to give them 2 coats of undercoat, give them a light sand with a 120 grit paper - just a light sand and then a coat of good quality gloss - preferably spirit based.
You'll realise how dull the doors were once you get them painted!
