How do i remove the toilet tank lid in order to repair it?seem like hold back by something.?

Question:

Answers:
If the back of the toilet is touching the wall the lid could be stuck between the wall and the back of the tank. Wiggle the lid gently as you lift up, it should come right off

The lid is probably just wedged up against the wall.
Be careful that paint isn't sticking it to the wall. You may need to run a utility knife along the edge to prevent the paint from coming off the wall.
