Installing a wrought iron railing between living room and dining room?

Question:My house consists of a great room - living room, dining room and kitchen. I would like to install a wrought iron railing between the living room and dining room. This would consist of 13 feet of railing.

Does anyone know if and how this could be accomplished. I would greatly appreciate any solutions you may offer.

Thank you.

Answers:
Wrought iron railing is pretty simple stuff. The base of each post just needs to be screwed into the floor.

You would probably be better to have something made to measure.
