Why is my toliet so loud when flushed?

Question:When I flush my toilet now it sounds like a train is going through my bathroom. Does anyone know why its so loud and how I could possible fix it.

Answers:
believe it or not but different shaped toilet bowls make different sounds. oval ones are much quieter. about the only thing u can do is turn down the refill pressure. good luck.

It's possible that the valve on the wall behind the toilet got closed too far. Try turning the valve counter-clockwise (gently) till you feel it stop, then turn it back clockwise 1/2 turn.
"pinched" valves can make alot of noise. Also, check the tube from the valve to the toilet...is it kinked? replace it.
Hope this helps!
its the ball **** .needs replacing i had the same problem..
