Building a breeze block wall on tarmac help?

Question:IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUILD A BREEZE BLOCK WALL ON TARMAC OR DO I HAVE TO CUT A SECTION OUT TO CREATE A FOOTING. THANK FOR ANY HELP

Answers:
as tarmac is soft it would be better to cut a section out and put in a proper foundation the thickness depending on the height of the wall

As with anything else, your wall will only be as good as the foundation it's sitting on. If it's going to be more than 3 block high it needs a footer.
